Fuel Supply Plan definition

Fuel Supply Plan means the Initial Fuel Supply Plan and any fuel supply plan entered into by the Parties pursuant to Section 2.05(b) for any Fuel Supply Period after the Initial Fuel Supply Period.
Fuel Supply Plan. The Company’s plan for providing Fuel to the Facility to ensure the operation of the Facility in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement. The Fuel Supply Plan shall include, but not be limited to, the Company’s proposed Fuel Supply, storage and transportation arrangements and the Company’s plans to obtain Fuel on the most economic basis at any given time and shall be reasonably satisfactory to GPL if such plan is in accordance with Prudent Utility Practice.
Fuel Supply Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.04 hereof.

More Definitions of Fuel Supply Plan

Fuel Supply Plan means a system developed and owned by Supplier, the characteristics of which include, without limitation, Supplier’s fuel risk management programs, and the Pathway network standards and specifications currently in place and which may be changed, improved and further developed by Supplier, but only in accordance with Section 5 hereof, from time to time.
Fuel Supply Plan means the fuel supply plan in respect of projected coal supply needs of the Borrower and the Project, which fuel supply plan shall specify in reasonable detail the contracts, financial xxxxxx (if any), quality, cost, location and logistics (including transportation) to obtain such fuel, as approved in accordance with Section 6.1 of the Participation Agreement.
Fuel Supply Plan means those requirements of Seller as described in Attachment C.6 of the Offer Sheet.
