Fuel Transportation Facilities definition

Fuel Transportation Facilities means railroad cars, and other railroad transportation equipment, tankers, tow boats, barges and all other kinds and types of cargo carrying vessels, used or to be used primarily for the transportation of coal, oil or other fuel.
