Full Recourse Guaranty definition
Full Recourse Guaranty means, with respect to a Full Recourse Advance, the Guaranty and Subordination Agreement, in form and substance satisfactory to Lender, dated as of the date of the Note evidencing such Full Recourse Advance, pursuant to which Guarantor guaranties Borrower's payment of all principal and interest of such Full Recourse Advance.
