Full-Service Hotel definition

Full-Service Hotel means a Hotel designated as a Full Service Hotel on Schedule 1. “Future CC&Rs” has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 8.02.A. “GAAP” means generally accepted accounting principles, consistently applied.
Full-Service Hotel means a Hotel (including an all-suites Hotel) which may reasonably be categorized as one which offers customary food and beverage facilities and room service.
Full-Service Hotel means any of the approximately 125 full-service hotels which will be owned directly or indirectly by the Operating Partnership upon consummation of the Merger, which hotels will be leased to the Hotel Lessees.

Full-Service Hotel means a hotel that offers full availability of requisite standardized industry amenities which are not limited to, but including the following: on-premise restaurant, room service, business center, concierge, fitness center, banquet halls, various room type selection such as suites.

Examples of Full-Service Hotels include, without limitation, the brands: ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Hotels, Hyatt, Regent Hotels & Resorts, Marriott, InterContinental, Renaissance, Crowne Plaza, Luxury Collection, ▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, DoubleTree, Le Meridien, Sheraton, Embassy Suites, Preferred Hotels & Resorts, St. Regis, Hilton, Holiday Inn, Radisson, W Hotels, Red Lion, Weston, and Peabody.
Full-Service Hotel being industry defined as a hotel with on-site high-end restaurant(s) and lounge(s), group meeting spaces with banquet facilities and additional selective amenities such as spas, elaborate banquet rooms, doormen, valet parking, extended room service, concierge services, and high-end boutique(s). The commitment letters shall be executed by the duly authorized representative of the party providing the binding commitment to the Buyer and shall state with specificity the nature of the commitment and may state generally that the commitment is subject to terms and conditions as disclosed to the Buyer. Upon providing the commitment letters, ▇▇▇▇▇ will thereafter use reasonable diligence to satisfy the terms and conditions and proceed to close on or otherwise secure the debt/loan,

Related to Full-Service Hotel

  • Local Service Provider (LSP) is the LEC that provides retail local Exchange Service to an End User. The LSP may or may not provide any physical network components to support the provision of that End User’s service.
