FULL TIME UNIT definition

FULL TIME UNIT means a Unit that is staffed by salaried Attendants 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

  • FULL TIME UNIT EMPLOYEES – 40 HOURS PER 7 DAY WORK PERIODFull-time unit employees who are required to work in excess of their regularly scheduled forty (40) hour work week, shall be paid overtime at one and one-half (1.5) times their regular rate for all hours worked in their work period in excess of forty (40) hours, except as provided below.

  • Full-time student means a person attending or undertaking a full-time course of study and includes a student on a sandwich course;

  • Full-time employee means an employee who is normally required to work the basic hours of work.

  • Service Unit means a standardized measure of consumption, use, generation, or discharge attributable to an individual unit of development calculated in accordance with generally accepted engineering or planning standards for a particular category of capital improvements.

  • Afternoon shift means any shift finishing after 6.00pm and at or before midnight.
