Full year definition

Full year refers to the ordinary period of employment for the position.
Full year means a twelve-month period beginning on the date of the Participant's commencement of service for the Company or a Subsidiary and each anniversary thereof. The Participant's continuous employment with the Company and its Subsidiaries shall be determined by the Committee in its sole discretion (subject to Section 7 and other applicable requirements of Section 409A, to the extent applicable).
Full year means regularly scheduled work for 12 months/year.
