Fully Configured definition
Fully Configured means, in respect of the process of migration of a ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to the NextGen Platform, that the Companies have completed applicable ▇▇▇▇▇▇ configuration, including custom java script and pipe configuration, including all development, testing and quality assurance related to the foregoing.
Fully Configured means, in respect of the process of migration of a Biller to the NextGen Platform, that the Companies have completed applicable Biller configuration, including custom java script and pipe configuration, including all development, testing and quality assurance related to the foregoing.
Examples of Fully Configured in a sentence
Schedule 5.20(c)(iii) sets forth, as of February 21, 2019 (1), with respect to each Fully Configured ▇▇▇▇▇▇, the Target Conversion Date for such ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (if one has been set) and whether the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ had Confirmed such Target Conversion Date, and (2) with respect to Billers of the Business not in clause (A) or (B), the Target Conversion Date with respect to such ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (if applicable).
As of the date of this agreement, Schedule 5.20(c)(ii) sets forth (A) a list of Billers who have been converted over to NextGen Platform and (B) the list of Billers of the Business who have not converted to NextGen Platform but with respect to which the NextGen Platform application is Fully Configured (a “Fully Configured ▇▇▇▇▇▇”).
