Fully Participating Stockholder definition

Fully Participating Stockholder shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(a).
Fully Participating Stockholder has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 11(a).

  • If more than one Fully Participating Stockholder desires to purchase such Equity Securities in excess of the portion allocated to such Fully Participating Stockholder pursuant to the first sentence of this Section 9(a), then each such Fully Participating Stockholder shall be entitled to purchase up to all of such available Equity Securities.

  • Selling Stockholder means any Stockholder owning Registrable Shares included in a Registration Statement.
