Function Sheet definition

Function Sheet means the document, as amended by the Parties from time to time, used for the specific purpose of recording inter alia the specifications, functionality, purpose, configuration and details of the Event;

Examples of Function Sheet in a sentence

  • The prices listed on the Function Sheet, when attached hereto, are subject to proportionate increases to meet increased cost of supplies for Functions reserved more than 120 days in advance, but any such increase shall not exceed 10%.

  • If you fail to vacate the Premises by the time indicated on the Function Sheet, any resulting direct costs incurred will be charged to you.

  • However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date of the Function Sheet and the date of delivery or performance, We will adjust the rate of VAT that you pay, unless you have already paid for the Services in full before the change in the rate of VAT takes effect.

  • Where the Company requires a Deposit, such amount shall be stated in the Function Sheet.
