Functional Design Specification (FDS) definition

Functional Design Specification (FDS) means a submittal developed by the Contractor that details the solution they will supply and install to meet the City defined requirements for the WSTP control system. The FDS will provide the basis of the software configuration and will be validated during Performance Verification to ensure that all required functions are present and that they operate correctly;
