Fund Communications. The Service Provider shall, upon request by the Fund, on each business day, report the number of shares on which the transfer agency fee is to be paid pursuant to this Agreement. The Service Provider shall also provide the Fund with a monthly invoice.
Fund Communications. The Service Provider shall, upon request by the Fund, on each business day, report the number of Class C shares, Class F shares, Class R shares and Class 529 shares on which the administrative fee is to be paid pursuant to this Agreement. The Service Provider shall also provide the Fund with a monthly invoice.
Fund Communications. AFS shall, upon request by the Series, on each business day, report the number of shares on which the transfer agency fee is to be paid pursuant to this Agreement. AFS shall also provide the Series with a monthly invoice.
Fund Communications. Service Provider or its agents shall prepare:
a. quarterly reports of the number of positions held in each Fund for each business day on which the Fee is to be paid pursuant to the Agreement, with such reports expressing both position and dollar amounts. Such reports shall be subject to verification by Company based on such Service Provider records that Service Provider shall make available to Company at reasonable times and as is reasonably necessary for such verification; and b. periodic reports as is reasonably necessary for Company and each Fund to comply with applicable state securities laws.
Fund Communications. Service Company shall, on a daily basis and for each Fund, report the number of shares on which the Fee is to be paid pursuant to this Agreement and the number of shares on which no such Fee is to be paid. Service Company shall also provide each Fund with monthly summaries of reports. Such summaries shall be expressed in both shares and dollar amounts.
Fund Communications. The following materials and information with respect to the Fund shall be furnished as appropriate or as required by applicable law to fiduciaries, participants and beneficiaries under the Plans:
(a) Fund's Prospectuses, Annual Reports and Proxy Materials. The Fund or its designee shall make available to Plan sponsors current prospectuses, shareholder reports, and proxy statements and related materials for the Fund for distribution to Plan participants. Additional supplies of such materials for individual participants shall be furnished by the Fund.
Fund Communications. Vanguard shall supply to the Firm upon request reasonably sufficient supplies of current prospectuses, shareholder reports, and proxy statements and related materials for the Vanguard Funds, which the Firm shall furnish or make available where appropriate or required by applicable law to Shareholders.
Fund Communications. WFFM will supply or cause to be supplied to Company the following materials and information with respect to the Funds, which Company will furnish to the Clients where appropriate and as required by applicable law:
(a) Fund Prospectuses, Annual Reports, Proxies and Related Materials - Company will be responsible for the timely delivery of all prospectuses, shareholder reports, proxies, and related materials, provided to it by WFFM, to each Client to the extent required by applicable law.
Fund Communications. The Fund shall supply Vanguard with the following materials and information with respect to the Portfolio, which Vanguard shall furnish or make available where appropriate or required by applicable law to fiduciaries, participants and beneficiaries under the Plan:
Fund Communications. Fund Party shall prepare a quarterly report of the number of shares held by each Client for each business day on which the Fee is to be paid pursuant to the Agreement. Such quarterly reports shall be expressed in both share and dollar amounts, and shall be subject to verification by Xxxx Xxxxxx based on such reports of Fund Party that shall be made available to Xxxx Xxxxxx at reasonable times and as reasonably necessary for such verification.
