Fund Data definition

Fund Data means all information Fund, including data related to securities trades and other transaction data, investment returns, issue descriptions, and Market Data provided by the Fund and all output and derivatives thereof, necessary to enable DST to perform the Services, but excluding DST Property.
Fund Data means, collectively, the Front End Data and the Fund Settings.
Fund Data means all information with respect to the Fund’s business, financials, and customers provided by the Fund and all output and derivatives thereof, necessary to enable SS&C to perform the Services, but excluding SS&C Property.

Examples of Fund Data in a sentence

  • State Street and the Fund acknowledge that in connection with the Data Access Services provided under this Addendum, the Fund will have access, through the Data Access Services, to Fund Data and to functions of State Street’s proprietary systems; provided, however that in no event will the Fund have direct access to any third party systems-level software that retrieves data for, stores data from, or otherwise supports the System.

  • Fund Data shall not be used or disclosed by DST other than in connection with providing the Services and as permitted under Section 11.

  • As between DST and the Fund, all Fund Data shall remain the property of the applicable Fund.

  • Network Penetration Testing - DST shall, on approximately an annual basis, contract with an independent third party to conduct a network penetration test on its network having access to or holding or containing Fund Data.

  • DST shall encrypt, using an industry standard encryption algorithm, personally identifiable Fund Data when such data is transmitted.


More Definitions of Fund Data

Fund Data shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 2.04 of this Agreement.
Fund Data means the data and information provided by the Funds or FIS on behalf of the Funds pursuant to this Order, in connection with the Processing to be performed by FIS in accordance with this Order, including information concerning the policies established under the Rule for the purpose of eliminating or reducing any dilution of the value of the outstanding securities issued by such Funds.
Fund Data means all information with respect to the Fund’s business, financials, and customers, and Market Data provided by the Fund and all output and derivatives thereof, necessary to enable SS&C to perform the Services, but excluding SS&C Property.
Fund Data means all data of the Fund provided to the Service Provider by the Fund or any service provider thereof including, but not limited to, data related to securities trades and other transaction data, investment returns, issue descriptive data, market data and the like, and all output and derivatives thereof. For purposes of clarification, “Fund Data” shall include any information received by the Service Provider from (1) the Fund’s clearing broker or Trading Advisor’s(s), (2) the managed accounts or other vehicles in which the Fund invests, or (3) any administrator or clearing broker for such managed accounts or other vehicles.

Fund Data means the data and information provided by the Funds, or BISYS on behalf of the Funds pursuant to this Agreement, in connection with the processing to be performed using the Licensed System, including, without limitation, information concerning the policies established under the Rule for the purpose of eliminating or reducing any dilution of the value of the outstanding securities issued by such Fund, such as the Company Policies and the Company Documents.
Fund Data means the data and information provided by the Funds, or Citi on behalf of the Funds pursuant to this Agreement, in connection with the processing to be performed using the Licensed System, including, without limitation, information concerning the policies established under the Rule for the purpose of eliminating or reducing any dilution of the value of the outstanding securities issued by such Fund, such as the Company Policies and the Company Documents.
