Distributor shall be fully responsible for Fund Designee's compliance with the terms and conditions of this agreement.
The Fund Designees are as of the date of this Agreement in their first such rotation, with the WB Fund Designee on the Remuneration and Nomination Committee and the Berkshire Fund Designee on the Audit and Finance Committee.
