Fund Linked Notes definition

Fund Linked Notes means Notes linked to a specified fund share or unit or basket of fund shares or units (as specified in the relevant Pricing Supplement, Drawdown Prospectus or Drawdown Listing Particulars (as the case may be));
Fund Linked Notes means Notes in respect of which the Reference Asset(s) consist(s) of units or shares in a fund (or funds), as further specified in the relevant Final Terms.
Fund Linked Notes means Notes linked to a specified fund share or unit or basket of fund shares or units (as specified in the relevant final terms);

  • The Issuer may issue Notes in respect of which the amount of principal and/or interest payable depends on the level of a fund or basket of funds in accordance with Conditions 1.1 and 5.3 of the Terms and Conditions of the Notes, as supplemented by the section entitled "Technical Annex 4 Supplemental Terms Applicable to Fund Linked Notes".

  • The Issuer may issue Fund Linked Notes which are securities whose performance is linked to the performance of an underlying fund (or basket of funds).
