Fund Representation Letter definition
Fund Representation Letter means the Fund Representation Letter, dated as of the Closing Date, by the Fund Representation Letter Parties in favor of the Lenders from time to time party hereto, substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit C hereto.
Fund Representation Letter means the Fund Representation Letter, dated as of the date hereof, by the Fund in favor of the Lenders from time to time party hereto, substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit E hereto.
