Funded balance definition
Funded balance means the amount calculated as funded balance in accord- ance with § 190.08(c) and, as applicable, Funded net equity means, for purposes of subpart B of this part, the amount calculated as funded net equity in ac- cordance with § 190.08(a), and for pur- poses of subpart C of this part, the amount calculated as funded net equity in accordance with § 190.17(c).
