Funded Default Amount definition

Funded Default Amount is defined in Section 10.11(c).
Funded Default Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(c) of this Agreement.

  • Each Interest Holder hereby acknowledges and agrees that the interest due to each Electing Lender in connection with a Funded Default Amount funded by such Electing Lender on behalf of a Defaulting Lender shall be at a rate equal to the Funded Default Amount Interest Rate.

Related to Funded Default Amount

  • Mandatory Default Amount means the payment of 130% of the outstanding principal amount of this Note and accrued and unpaid interest hereon, in addition to the payment of all other amounts, costs, expenses and liquidated damages due in respect of this Note.

  • Collateral Default Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the product of the Investor Default Amount for such Distribution Date and the Collateral Floating Percentage.

  • Investor Default Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the product of (a) the Allocable Defaulted Amount for the related Collection Period and (b) the Floating Allocation Percentage for the related Collection Period.

  • Principal Deficiency Amount For any Distribution Date and for any Undercollateralized Group, the excess, if any, of the aggregate Class Certificate Principal Balance of such Undercollateralized Group immediately prior to such Distribution Date over the sum of the Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans in the related Loan Group immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Available Funds Shortfall Amount means, as of any Payment Date, the amount, if any, by which the aggregate amount required to be paid pursuant to clauses first through twelfth of Section 4.4(a) of the Sale and Servicing Agreement exceeds the Available Funds for such Payment Date.

  • PIK Amount means, as of any date of determination, the amount of all interest accrued with respect to the Loans that has been paid in kind by being added to the balance thereof in accordance with Section 2.04(b).

  • Principal Deficit Amount means, as of any date of determination, the excess, if any, of (i) the Series 2005-2 Invested Amount on such date (after giving effect to the distribution of the Monthly Total Principal Allocation for the Related Month if such date is a Distribution Date) over (ii) the Series 2005-2 AESOP I Operating Lease Loan Agreement Borrowing Base on such date; provided, however the Principal Deficit Amount on any date occurring during the period commencing on and including the date of the filing by any of the Lessees of a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code to but excluding the date on which each of the Lessees shall have resumed making all payments of the portion of Monthly Base Rent relating to Loan Interest required to be made under the AESOP I Operating Lease, shall mean the excess, if any, of (x) the Series 2005-2 Invested Amount on such date (after giving effect to the distribution of Monthly Total Principal Allocation for the Related Month if such date is a Distribution Date) over (y) the sum of (1) the Series 2005-2 AESOP I Operating Lease Loan Agreement Borrowing Base on such date and (2) the lesser of (a) the Series 2005-2 Liquidity Amount on such date and (b) the Series 2005-2 Required Liquidity Amount on such date.

  • Amortization Amount means, with respect to any Principal Amount Repayment Date, the amount set forth opposite such Date on the Amortization Schedule.

  • Class B Deficiency Amount is defined in Section 4.1(b).

  • ii) Event means any event described in Section 11(a)(ii) hereof.

  • Class C Deficiency Amount is defined in Section 4.1(c).

  • Quarterly Excess Available Funds Percentage means, with respect to the July 2008 Transfer Date and each Transfer Date thereafter, the percentage equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the sum of the Excess Available Funds Percentages with respect to the immediately preceding three Monthly Periods and the denominator of which is three.

  • Nominal Liquidation Amount Deficit means, for any tranche of notes, the Adjusted Outstanding Dollar Principal Amount minus the nominal liquidation amount of that tranche.

  • Available Funds Shortfall as defined in Section 3.04(b).

  • Overcollateralization Deficiency Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which the Overcollateralization Target Amount exceeds the Overcollateralized Amount on such Distribution Date (assuming that 100% of the Principal Remittance Amount is applied as a principal distribution on such Distribution Date).

  • Finance Charge Shortfall shall have the meaning specified in Section 4.09.

  • Class A Deficiency Amount is defined in Section 4.1(a).

  • Default Date the meaning set forth in Section 3.2(a).

  • Invested Amount means, as of any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of (a) the Class A Invested Amount as of such date, (b) the Class B Invested Amount as of such date and (c) the Collateral Invested Amount as of such date.
