Funded Default Amount definition
Funded Default Amount is defined in Section 10.11(c).
Funded Default Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(c) of this Agreement.

Each Interest Holder hereby acknowledges and agrees that the interest due to each Electing Lender in connection with a Funded Default Amount funded by such Electing Lender on behalf of a Defaulting Lender shall be at a rate equal to the Funded Default Amount Interest Rate.
