Funding Caps definition
Funding Caps means (i) with respect to any single Mortgage Loan, the principal amount of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000) and (ii) with respect to Mortgage Loans owing at any one time by any Customer Group to Borrowers, an aggregate principal amount of Four Million Dollars ($4,000,000).
