Funding Card definition

Funding Card means a virtual prepaid debit product which operates off of a centralized funds pool and through the Funding Card Account.
Funding Card means any payment card that You have added and potentially linked to Your DaVinci Device via the Portal.

Examples of Funding Card in a sentence

  • If You try to authorise a Transaction that exceeds Your Available Funds of Your Funding Card the Transaction will be declined.

  • Where You have authorised a Transaction to be deducted from a Funding Card, You can ask Us to refund that Transaction providing: Your authorisation did not specify the exact amount when You consented to the Transaction.

  • If there are insufficient Available Funds on Your Funding Card to cover the Transaction and all associated Fees at the time that We receive notification of the Transaction.

  • We are not liable if You cannot use Your DaVinci Device at these times and would encourage You to use the Funding Card of choice directly.

  • Only following pre-authorisation of a Funding Card via the PRE>AUTH feature of the Portal will a Transaction using the magnetic stripe of the card be considered genuine.

  • If sums are deducted from Your Available Funds on Your Funding Card that You did not authorise in accordance with this Agreement, Our liability to You will be in accordance with condition 8.

  • Where this happens, this may result in the value of the Transaction being deducted from the Funding Card.

  • You may not normally stop a Transaction once You have authorised it, as at that point it is deemed to have been received by Us. We will then deduct the value of the Transaction, along with any applicable Fees and charges from Your Available Funds on the Funding Card.

  • This will allow You to pre-authorise non chip and PIN based Transactions and/or allow use of Your DaVinci Device to withdraw cash at an ATM using the Funding Card of Your choice.

  • In these instances, You would be encouraged to use the Funding Card.
