Funding Category definition

Funding Category means the five categories to which ADOT is required to suballocate monies in the AZ SMART Fund pursuant to ARS §28-339.F.
Funding Category means a category of BMP activities that may be approved as an Eligible BMP Activity, as set out in the Funding List;
Funding Category means a sub-program of the Community Legal Services Program that is specified in Schedule 1 and for which funds are provided as specified in that Schedule.   • Funding Cycle means the period of time commencing with the Notice of Funding Availability or Notice of Credit Availability pursuant to this rule chapter and concluding with the issuance of allocations or loans to Applicants who applied during a given Application Period.

  • Borrowing Base Utilization Percentage means, as of any day, the fraction expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the sum of the Revolving Credit Exposures of the Lenders on such day, and the denominator of which is the Borrowing Base in effect on such day.
