Funding Costs definition

Funding Costs means the cost of servicing debt obligations, excluding capital repayments.
Funding Costs means all losses, costs and expenses incurred by the Issuing Lender as a result of the Borrower’s failure to pay any LOC Reimbursement Obligation on or prior to the LOC Reimbursement Date, but only to the extent such losses, costs or expenses relate to the funding of the related LOC Disbursement. For the avoidance of doubt, “Funding Costs” does not include LOC Disbursements.
Funding Costs shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.17.

Examples of Funding Costs in a sentence

  • Concurrently with any reduction of the Aggregate Capital pursuant to this Section, Seller shall pay to the applicable Purchaser all Broken Funding Costs arising as a result of such reduction.

  • In accordance with Proposition 71, Direct Research Funding Costs include scientific and medical funding for an approved research project and the general operating costs of Facilities for conducting the approved project.

Funding Costs. Different issuers adopt different formulas in calculating CBBC funding cost. When a CBBC is called, the CBBC holders (investors) will lose the funding cost for the full period since the funding cost is built into the CBBC price upfront at launch even though with the MCE, the actual period of funding for the CBBC turns out to be shorter.

Funding Costs means, for or in respect of any period of days, the amount, if any, by which:

Funding Costs means, for any Interest Period and the related Distribution Day, the sum of:
Funding Costs means, collectively, the actual costs to Lender of breaking a Eurodollar contract (or costs that would have been incurred if Lender had entered into and broken a Eurodollar contract for a Eurodollar Contract Period as requested by Borrower) prior to the expiration of the Eurodollar Contract Period applicable thereto in connection with (a) any prepayment (whether voluntary or involuntary) of all or any portion of an Asset-Specific Loan Balance or other principal repayments required or permitted under the Security Documents, that is made at any time other than at the expiration of the related Eurodollar Contract Period, (b) any voluntary or involuntary acceleration of the Termination Date, such that the Termination Date occurs on any date that is not the expiration date of the Eurodollar Contract Period with respect to any Asset-Specific Loan Balance, and (c) any other set of circumstances not attributable solely to Lender's acts. Subject to the foregoing, Funding Costs shall not include any diminution in yield suffered by Lender upon re-lending or re-investing the principal of the Loan after any prepayment of the Loan.
Funding Costs means the aggregate interest accrued on (i) the Notes (paid or to be paid) and (ii) any debt incurred by the Purchaser for the purpose of financing the acquisition of the Purchased Receivables (paid or to be paid). For the avoidance of doubt “to be paid” in relation to (i) and (ii) shall mean for the period up and till the date when the relevant debt may be repaid without any penalty, break cost or fee.
