Funding Debt definition

Funding Debt means the incurrence of any Debt by or on behalf of the General Partner for the purpose of providing funds to the Partnership.
Funding Debt mean the incurrence of any Debt for the purpose of providing funds to the Partnership by or on behalf of the Company or any wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

Funding Debt means the incurrence of any Debt for the purpose of providing funds to the Partnership by or on behalf of the Parent or any wholly owned subsidiary of the Parent.
