Portions of the same Collateral Loan acquired or originated by the Borrower on different dates (whether through purchase, receipt by contribution or the making or origination thereof, but excluding subsequent draws under Revolving Collateral Loans or Delayed Funding Loans) will, for purposes of determining the purchase price of such Collateral Loan, be treated as separate purchases on separate dates (and not a weighted average purchase price for any particular Collateral Loan).

The General Partner and HHTI also agree that all borrowings shall constitute Funding Loans, subject to the exception set forth in Section 4.03 hereof.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Borrower shall use the proceeds of the Class A-T Loans solely for the acquisition and origination of Collateral Loans during the Reinvestment Period and as otherwise set forth in clause (a) above; provided that the Borrower shall not use the proceeds of the Class A-T Loans to fund Exposure Amounts in respect of any Revolving Collateral Loans or Delayed Funding Loans.
The provisions of Section 10.3 and 11.5 and Article X shall survive and remain in full force and effect regardless of the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby, the repayment of the Funding Loans, the expiration or other termination of the Liquidity Commitment or the Funding Loan Commitment or the termination of this Agreement or any other Funding Loan Document or any provision thereof.
