Funding Plan definition

Funding Plan means a description of the sources of funding to be utilized in the implementation of a Program and Budget, the particulars of the methods of funding from such sources and estimates of when the funds will be needed.
Funding Plan means the Dominion Resources, Inc. Retirement Benefit Funding Plan.

Funding Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 4.01.

Funding Plan means the funding plan for the JV Business for the 18 month period commencing at the start of the forthcoming Fiscal Year (provided that, the initial funding plan shall commence on the Effective Date and end at the end of the then-current Fiscal Year), including the amount of such funding to be provided to the LP Group by the Limited Partners (in proportion to their respective LP Interests), and to the JVCo Group by the JVCo Shareholders (in accordance with the JVCo SHA), and/or whether any funding will be sourced by way of Third Party debt.

Guarantee – means a guarantee by the Company in favor of DHS2 given in connection with the Shareholder Loans.
Funding Plan means Appendix A-1 or Appendix A-2 hereto, as the case may be. GAAP means generally accepted accounting principles for not-for-profit entities set forth in the opinions and pronouncements of the Accounting Principles Board of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and statements and pronouncements of the Financial Accounting Standards Board or in such other statements by such other entity as may be approved by a significant segment of the accounting profession which are applicable to the circumstances as of the date of determination.
Funding Plan referred to in the Shareholders' Agreement (as defined in the Purchase Agreement) is the business Plan (as defined in the Letter) provided to HCCP.
