Funding Principal Ledger definition
Funding Principal Ledger means the ledger maintained by the Cash Manager in the name of Funding pursuant to the Cash Management Agreement to record receipts and payments of Funding Principal Receipts which ledger will be divided into two sub-ledgers: (i) the Group 1 Principal Sub-Ledger and (ii) the Group 2 Principal Sub-Ledger;
