  • If the statement shows that the Funding Requirement exceeds 100% of the balance of the Trust Account with respect to this Agreement as of the statement date, the Reinsurer shall, within ten (10) Business Days after receipt of such notice of excess, secure delivery to the Trustee of additional cash or Eligible Securities having a current statutory book value equal to such difference.
