Funding Source Agreement definition

Funding Source Agreement is defined in Section 22.6(a).
Funding Source Agreement means a written agreement under which a Funding Source(s) provides financing to a Client in a Transaction.
Funding Source Agreement has the meaning given thereto in Section 2.12(f) hereof. "Funds Flow Memorandum" means that certain Acknowledgement of even date herewith executed by the Borrowers and delivered to the Agent and the Lenders, together with Exhibit A thereto.
