The Funds Manager reserves the right to examine the operation of such systems.
The Recipient may not, without the prior written consent of the Funds Manager, assign, transfer, sub-contract, or in any other way make over to any third party the benefit and/or the burden of this agreement.
The Funds Manager will also pay all costs arising after the termination date as a result of commitments properly incurred or entered into before the date that the notice of termination was received e.g. approved equipment purchases, service agreements and the like.
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Recipient and the Funds Manager.
The Funds Manager and the Recipient agree that the objective of all purchasing procedures should be to obtain the best value for money.
