Funeral Assistance definition

Funeral Assistance means an operation which a number of people mutually engage to provide assistance to one another in managing a corpse or in managing the corpse and help the family of any deceased person who agrees to be engage in such operation and does not aim at seeking profit or income to share;

Examples of Funeral Assistance in a sentence

  • In addition to providing the above listed documentation, the Member, or an authorized representative of either, must contact the Funeral Assistance Support Team (“FAST”) within twenty- four (24) hours after the death occurred, and in any event, prior to taking any actions with respect to the funeral arrangements, or services, for the deceased.

  • If the Holder and/or additional members decides to directly contract a funeral service provider prior to reporting it to NASER or without its consent, rather than requesting the funeral service offered in the plan by calling the Funeral Assistance & Support Team (F.A.S.T.) at the time of the death, then all costs and expenses will not be covered by ▇▇▇▇▇.

  • The term of this Agreement shall commence as of the date of this Agreement and end on September 30, 2000.

  • Funeral Assistance: It’s a set of funeral assistance services that through an agreement will cover all expensesrelated to the funeral servicesof theholder and its beneficiaries during the agreed period in the plan and in accordance with the terms and conditions established in the agreement.

  • It isexpressly agreedbetween theparties, in reference to the commercial relationship between the holder and beneficiaries of the Funeral Assistance and Innovus that any interpretation problem about the scope of the same and/or legal claim, that cannot be resolved in a friendly manner between the parties, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wyoming in the United States of America.
