Furlough Status definition

Furlough Status means that the faculty member may be re-employed without a search as provided in “2.(d)” below. Should the faculty member not accept furlough status in writing within thirty (30) calendar days of the written offer, the University will have no further employment obligation.

  • Graduates Unavailable for Employment means the graduates who, after graduation, die, become incarcerated, are called to active military duty, are international students that leave the United States or do not have a visa allowing employment in the United States, or are continuing their education in an accredited or bureau-approved postsecondary institution.
