Further Assistance The Participant agrees to provide assistance (either before or after termination of Service) reasonably requested by the Company in connection with actions taken by the Participant while providing Services to the Company, including but not limited to assistance in connection with any lawsuits or other claims against the Company arising from events during the period in which the Participant rendered Service.
