Further Restriction shall have the meaning ascribed to it in paragraph 2.12(a)(ii)(B); "High Speed Diversion" means a situation in which a Train is diverted between successive Monitoring Points such that it travels a longer distance at a higher average speed than that normally scheduled and arrives at its destination at a time later than that specified in the New Working Timetable; "Initial Indexation Factor" shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Schedule 7;
