Future Debt Documents definition

Future Debt Documents means the promissory note(s), guaranty(ies), agreement(s) or other documents, instruments and certificates executed and delivered, subject to the terms of this Agreement, to evidence or secure (or otherwise relating to) Future Debt, as the same may be amended from time to time and any and all other documents executed in exchange therefor or replacement or renewal thereof.
Future Debt Documents means promissory note(s), guaranty(ies), agreement(s) or other documents, instruments, indenture(s) and certificates executed and delivered, subject to the terms of this Agreement, to evidence or secure (or otherwise relating to) Future Debt, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time and any and all other documents executed in exchange therefor or replacement or renewal thereof.
Future Debt Documents means promissory note(s) (including, without limitation, the Senior Notes), guaranty(ies), agreement(s) or other documents, instruments, indenture(s) (including, without limitation, the Senior Note Documents) and certificates executed and delivered, subject to the terms of this Agreement, to evidence or secure (or otherwise relating to) Future Debt, as the same may be amended from time to time and any and all other documents executed in exchange therefor or replacement or renewal thereof.

Examples of Future Debt Documents in a sentence

  • Receivables Agent, each of the Lenders and the Collateral Agent shall, upon reasonable request of the other, provide copies of all such modifications, amendments and Additional Future Debt Documents to which it is party and copies of all other documentation in its possession relevant to the Receivables Assets or the Lender Collateral.

Future Debt Documents means the promissory note(s), agreement(s) and other documents, instruments and certificates, if any, executed and delivered, subject to the terms of this Agreement, to evidence or secure or otherwise relating to Future Debt, as amended, restated or otherwise modified from time to time, and the Security Documents, and any replacement, refinancing or restructuring of any such promissory note, agreement or other document, instrument or certificate, provided that any successor Future Debt Holder, or any agent acting on behalf of all such successor Future Debt Holders, has executed an acknowledgement to this Agreement substantially in the form of Exhibit B-1.

  • Subordinated Debt Documents means any agreement, indenture and instrument pursuant to which any Subordinated Debt is issued, in each case as amended to the extent permitted under the Loan Documents.
