Future Works definition

Future Works means Works and protected performances created pursuant to or for the purpose of the Contract.
Future Works means all data, studies, reports and other information or inventions whether patentable or not produced or obtained by the Licensor either individually or in conjunction with the Researchers or derived howsoever therefrom following the date of this Agreement in relation to or in connection with:

  • The Works means the work or works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Company Technology means all Technology owned by (or claimed to be owned by) the Company or any Company Subsidiary.

  • Technology means algorithms, APIs, diagrams, formulae, inventions (whether or not patentable), invention disclosures, programmer’s notes, improvements, modifications, know-how, logos, marks (including brand names, product names, logos, and slogans), methods, network configurations and architectures, processes, confidential information, proprietary information, protocols, schematics, specifications, product designs, roadmaps, marketing strategies, Software (in any form, including Source Code and executable or object code), subroutines, techniques, user interfaces, domain name registrations, URLs, web sites, social media accounts, systems, tools, databases, data collections, concepts, data, coding, images, designs, documentation, books (including lab books), records, works of authorship (including written, audio and visual materials) and all other forms of technology.

  • Innovations means all developments, improvements, designs, original works of authorship, formulas, processes, software programs, databases, and trade secrets, whether or not patentable, copyrightable or protectable as trade secrets, that you, either by yourself or jointly with others, create, modify, develop, or implement during the period of your employment with Fiserv that relate in any way to Fiserv’s business.

  • Work or Works means the works to be executed or done under this contract.

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers.
