Future Works definition

Future Works means Works and protected performances created pursuant to or for the purpose of the Contract.
Future Works means any Future Refurbishment Works and/or Future New or Expansion Works to be undertaken at the Airport in accordance with each Approved Refurbishment Development Plan or the Approved Master Plan (as applicable) based on and in accordance with the criteria set out in Appendix 18 (Minimum Technical Requirements);
Future Works means the planned final configuration of the Bypass Infrastructure as described in the Functional Plans and modified and further detailed in the Technical Requirements.

  • Section five: entitled Conclusion and Future Works presents the conclusion of this proposed and suggestions for future works.

  • Notwithstanding the above, the Grantor shall not without reasonable cause refuse or delay its consent for the approval and designation as a Financing Agreement of any agreement documenting any Refinancing of the Financing Agreements, which does not result in the position of the Grantor vis-a-vis any Party and/or the Lenders being more onerous or the raising of debt financing with the purpose of funding Future Works and /or working capital needs of the normal business cycle of the Concessionaire.

  • To the extent that any patent or patent application in respect of the Future Works relies in part or in whole on any part of the Works the Licensor hereby undertakes and warrants that he will not claim or assert the existence of a separate patentable interest in the Works.

  • Save as expressly permitted hereunder, the Licensor shall not at any time after the date of this Agreement disclose or make available to any person for use for any purpose of himself or any other person, any information in relation to the Works or Future Works.

  • In consideration of your continued membership of Directors UK, we hereby re-assign to you the entire copyright and all other rights in the nature of copyright subsisting in your DRA Future Works only, in accordance with the 2019 Directors Rights Agreement (as detailed in paragraph 2 of Part A above).


More Definitions of Future Works

Future Works means all data, studies, reports and other information or inventions whether patentable or not produced or obtained by the Licensor either individually or in conjunction with the Researchers or derived howsoever therefrom following the date of this Agreement in relation to or in connection with:
Future Works means any modification, adaptation, revision or amendment to any of the Works.
Future Works means the installation of an air conditioning unit servicing a lot;

Related to Future Works

  • The Works means the works to be executed and completed under the Contract.

  • Sewage works means all facilities for collecting, pumping, treating, and disposing of sewage.

  • Developed Software means software specifically designed for the Principal under the Contract. Depending how advanced its development is, it may be either a Product or a Service or both.

  • live-work unit means a unit intended for both residential and non-residential uses concurrently;

  • Derivative Works means any work, whether in Source or Object form, that is based on (or derived from) the Work and for which the editorial revisions, annotations, elaborations, or other modifications represent, as a whole, an original work of authorship. For the purposes of this License, Derivative Works shall not include works that remain separable from, or merely link (or bind by name) to the interfaces of, the Work and Derivative Works thereof.
