FX CFD definition

FX CFD means a CFD Transaction where the underlying instrument relates to the value and fluctuation of one currency in relation to another currency;
FX CFD means a CFD, the CFD Underlying Instrument of which is a FX and/or Currency;
FX CFD means a derivative financial instrument, with no obligation in connection with the underlying asset and with settlements as the difference in price are done only in cash.

  • An FX CFD is quoted as a currency pair, for instance AUD/USD, the Australian dollar against the US dollar.

  • Master Forward Confirmation means the Master Confirmation for Issuer Share Forward Sale Transactions, dated as of the date hereof, by and among the Company, the Operating Partnership and the Forward Purchaser, including all provisions incorporated by reference therein.

  • Merchant means any corporate entity, person or other establishment, supplying goods and/or services, which a Card Scheme Member Bank has approved and made arrangements to accept the Card or the Card numbers as a mode of payment or reservation by the Cardholder.
