FX Instruction definition

FX Instruction means a request from the Client to SGM-FX to enter into an FX Contract
FX Instruction has the meaning given to it in section 4.2. “FX Services” has the meaning given to it in section 3.1.1.
FX Instruction means the Client’s instruction submitted to the Bank in the manner intended for entering into FX SPOT Transactions, depending on the occurrence of a specific Exchange Rate and fulfilment of other preconditions set forth in the instruction

More Definitions of FX Instruction

FX Instruction or “Order” means the request by the COMPANY to engage in an FX Transaction through the FX Facility.
FX Instruction means (i) an instruction for FX Transaction made by the Customer to the Bank via telephone or any other electronic methods such as Bloomberg (FXGO), Refinitiv, SWIFT, SMAR&TS, etc. as prior agreed by the Bank and the Customer or (ii) an application submitted by the Customer to the Bank (in the form issued by the Bank) which by implementing the transaction specified in such application, shall result in an FX Transaction;
FX Instruction means a [payment instruction submitted to the CLS System] relating to an underlying FX Transaction.

  • RBC instructions means the RBC report, including risk-based capital instructions adopted by the NAIC, as the RBC instructions may be amended by the NAIC from time to time in accordance with the procedures adopted by the NAIC.
