Fxxxxxx Mac Mortgage Loan means a mortgage loan that is in Strict Compliance on the related Purchase Date with the eligibility requirements specified for the applicable Fxxxxxx Mac Program described in the Fxxxxxx Mac Guide.
Fxxxxxx Mac Mortgage Loan has the meaning set forth in Exhibit H.

  • Group 3 Mortgage Loan Each Mortgage Loan listed on Exhibit D-3 hereto.
