The Owner shall revise the Operating Budget as necessary to reflect any agreed upon changes in the G&A Payment, Third Party Expenses or Reimbursable Personnel Expenses during the calendar year.
Payment of the G&A Payment will be due no later than ten (10) days following the end of each calendar month following the Effective Date.
