GAAP Asset Value definition
GAAP Asset Value means, as of any date, all assets of the Companies on a consolidated basis determined in accordance with GAAP.
GAAP Asset Value means, for any Property as of any date, the sum of (a) such Property’s value determined in accordance with GAAP (including Allowed Intangible Assets), plus (b) accumulated depreciation with respect to such Property.
