GAAP EPS definition

GAAP EPS or “EPS” shall mean the diluted net income per share of the Company’s common stock as determined on the GAAP basis plus the effect of restructuring and other charges as of Year-end for each Plan Year.
GAAP EPS means EPS as defined in the Award Certificate, excluding reserves.

  • For purposes of determining such Performance Period EPS results, EPS means non- GAAP EPS disclosed in the Company’s annual earnings release for the year ended December 31, 2023.

  • The Company applies a relative weighting of 40% to 2016 Adjusted GAAP revenues and 60% to 2016 Adjusted GAAP EPS.
