GACC Standalone Notes definition

GACC Standalone Notes means the Notes opposite whose designations both “GACC” appears in the column titled “Initial Holder” and “Yes” appears in the column titled “Standalone Note (Yes/No)” on the Mortgage Loan Schedule, and having an aggregate Initial Note Principal Balance equal to $214,000,000.
GACC Standalone Notes shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals of this Agreement.
GACC Standalone Notes means Note A-1 and Note B-1 (or, if any such Note is reallocated or severed into New Notes pursuant to Section 40(b), such New Notes in lieu of the Owned Note that is so reallocated or severed), having an aggregate Initial Note Principal Balance equal to $214,000,000.

Related to GACC Standalone Notes

  • Second Lien Notes Documents means the indentures under which the Second Lien Notes are issued and all other instruments, agreements and other documents evidencing or governing the Second Lien Notes or providing for any security, guarantee or other right in respect thereof.

  • Second Lien Notes means the second lien notes that may be issued pursuant to the Second Lien Notes Indenture.

  • 2014-18 MSAA means the Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2018.

  • Subordinated Notes means the Initial Notes and the Exchange Notes and, more particularly, any Subordinated Note authenticated and delivered under this Indenture, including those Subordinated Notes issued or authenticated upon transfer, replacement or exchange.

  • First Lien Notes means the 8.000% first lien secured notes due April 1, 2027, issued by Frontier pursuant to the First Lien Notes Indenture.
