GACC Standalone Notes definition

GACC Standalone Notes shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals of this Agreement.
GACC Standalone Notes means the Notes opposite whose designations both “GACC” appears in the column titled “Initial Holder” and “Yes” appears in the column titled “Standalone Note (Yes/No)” on the Mortgage Loan Schedule, and having an aggregate Initial Note Principal Balance equal to $276,500,000.

Related to GACC Standalone Notes

  • Subordinated Notes means the Initial Notes and the Exchange Notes and, more particularly, any Subordinated Note authenticated and delivered under this Indenture, including those Subordinated Notes issued or authenticated upon transfer, replacement or exchange.

  • Existing Notes means, collectively, the Existing Senior Guaranteed Notes and the Existing Senior Notes.

  • Permitted Debt Exchange Notes shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.15(a).
