Galileo Services definition

Galileo Services means those Services provided by a Galileo Group Company or NDC as described in the attached Custom Terms and Conditions Attachment (Galileo Services) for each of North America, Europe and RoW.

Galileo Services or "Galileo" means Galileo's computerized reservations and ticketing service and other services. For purposes of this Agreement, Galileo Services may include services of Galileo, ApolloR and the Gemini Group Limited Partnership ("Gemini") and any other computerized reservation system or authorized agent thereof with whom Galileo has an agreement to distribute such services or similar service ("Related CRS"). Said parties shall not be considered third parties under this Agreement.

Examples of Galileo Services in a sentence

  • The Domestic Galileo Services Minimum shall be adjusted (up or down, as applicable) at the beginning of the 2008 and each subsequent Contract Year by the difference between the Domestic Galileo Services Minimum in effect for the prior Contract Year and the total number of Segments made by the Orbitz Domestic Agencies using Galileo Services during the prior Contract Year.

  • The Custom Terms and Conditions Attachment (Galileo Services) — North America to the Agreement is amended as set forth in Exhibit A.

  • For the avoidance of any doubt, the Parties acknowledge and agree that any such adjustments to the Domestic Galileo Services Minimum shall only be made when there has been an increase or decrease in the total volume of Segments made through the Galileo Services by Subscriber’s customers.

  • This Agreement has been negotiated and agreed by the parties to govern the terms and conditions upon which the relevant Galileo Group Company or NDC shall provide the Galileo Services and, upon the Worldspan Closing, the Worldspan Services.

  • In the event that the Worldspan Closing does not occur, then Galileo shall provide Subscriber one (1) full-time employee for such purposes with respect to the Galileo Services.

  • With respect to the Galileo Services, subject to the Custom Terms and Conditions Attachments (Galileo Services) for North America and for Europe, this Agreement will start on the Contract Effective Date.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, the Galileo Services and, upon the Worldspan Closing, the Worldspan Services, referred to in this Section 2 are to be provided by each of the relevant Galileo Group Companies or NDCs who shall at all times remain responsible for the delivery and provision of those services, notwithstanding that the liability of Galileo to meet such obligations shall at all times remain exclusively with GILLC and GNBV.

Related to Galileo Services

  • Beta Services means Xxxxxx services or functionality that may be made available to Customer to try at its option at no additional charge which is clearly designated as beta, pilot, limited release, developer preview, non-production, evaluation, or by a similar description.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Customer Services means the call centre for dealing with queries about your Card. You can contact Customer Services by calling 01 693 3333, or contacting us directly.

  • Mobile Services means the mobile telecommunications service which we provide you under Part D and as specified in your Application.

  • Extra Services means those services set forth in Schedule “B” that are requested by the Municipality for itself or on behalf of its citizens and provided by the Company in accordance with paragraph 7 of this Agreement;

  • Respite services means a temporary period of relief and support for individuals and their families provided in a variety of settings. The intent is to provide a safe environment with staff assistance for individuals who lack an adequate support system to address current issues related to a disability. Respite may be provided for a defined period of time; respite is either planned or provided in response to a crisis.

  • Travel Services means transportation, accommodation or other travel arrangements including, without limitation, air, rail, bus passenger transportation, hotel accommodation and car hire services.

  • Data Services The Customer will receive a discount equal to 25% for the following Data Services: Access: Standard VBS2 Guide local loop charges for DS-1 Access and DS-3 Access Service.

  • Satellite services means communications capabilities that utilize an on-orbit satellite for transmitting the signal from one location to another.

  • Pharmacy services means the practice of pharmacy as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW and includes any drugs or devices as defined in chapter 18.64 RCW.

  • Administration Services means the services required for the effective and efficient administration of Bonitas and includes, but are not necessarily limited to, member record management, contribution management, benefit option management, claims processing and management, management of members’ personal, claims and financial information and any other services that are required for the administration of Bonitas;

  • Transitional Services means services involving technical or specialized knowledge required to complete a project or to provide temporary consulting services to the City.

  • Educational Services means educational training provided to Entitled Students at a School;

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • New Services shall have the meaning set out in Clause 7.1;

  • Support Services means support in relation to the use of, and the identification and resolution of errors in, the Hosted Services, but shall not include the provision of training services;

  • Service(s)(ing) In accordance with Regulation AB, the act of servicing and administering the Mortgage Loans or any other assets of the Trust by an entity that meets the definition of “servicer” set forth in Item 1101 of Regulation AB and is subject to the disclosure requirements set forth in Item 1108 of Regulation AB. For clarification purposes, any uncapitalized occurrence of this term shall have the meaning commonly understood by participants in the commercial mortgage-backed securities market.

  • Wireless services provider means a person who provides wireless services.

  • Broadband Services means Verizon's Fios or DSL-based Internet services (whichever applies). Verizon's DSL-based Internet service is also known as "High Speed Internet" ("HSI").

  • Legal Services means fees charged by an attorney:

  • Implementation Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Wireless services means any services, provided using licensed or unlicensed spectrum, including the use of Wi-Fi, whether at a fixed location or mobile.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Education Services means training services performed or delivered by Company.
