Game Servers definition

Game Servers means a set of technical and software tools owned by the Licensor that are necessary to maintain the Game in working order and for the User to use the Game. The Game Servers are owned by the Right Holder or by the Licensor.
Game Servers mean the computer servers described in the Installation Plan.
Game Servers means the PC (personal computer) servers, established, maintained and operated by KONG within the Territory for the service and operation of the Game in the Territory (also known in the gaming industry as “server cluster” or “data centre”).

Examples of Game Servers in a sentence

  • This Agreement, incorporating all the applicable documents referenced herein, represents the entire agreement between you and WB Games with respect to the Game Servers and supersedes all prior agreements between you and WB Games pertaining to the Game Servers.

  • WB Games would not be able to provide the Game (including without limitation the Game Servers) on an economic basis without such limitations.

  • If Microsoft hosts Game Servers for a Software Title's Premium Online Features, Licensee shall pay the applicable Set-Up Fees, Hosting Fees, and Bandwidth Fees as such terms are defined and detailed in the Xbox Guide.

  • If applicable, Licensee shall also provide Microsoft access to Licensee's Game Servers and Game Server software.

  • The parties may mutually agree that Licensee submit versions of the Online Features or Licensee Game Servers at stages of development other than as identified above for review and feedback by Microsoft.

  • Game Servers may be conditioned upon: (1) successful completion of the Certification Testing, (2) demonstration of conformance with the Service Level Requirements as described in the Xbox Guide, and (3) continuing and ongoing compliance with all Certification requirements, Service Level Requirements, and other requirements as set forth in the Xbox Guide and this Amendment.

  • Except as expressly set forth herein, Licensee acknowledges and agrees that Microsoft will have no support responsibilities whatsoever to End Users of the Online Features, regardless of whether Microsoft hosts Game Servers, Updates, or otherwise.

  • The Online Features of certain Software Titles may require that all or part of the Online Features be hosted on game server(s) ("Game Servers").

  • If applicable, Licensee shall also provide access to Licensee Game Servers and/or the Game Server software for Pre-Certification testing in accordance with the Xbox Guide.

  • If this Amendment is terminated due to Licensee's breach, then Microsoft shall have the right to immediately terminate the availability of the Online Features and require that the operation of Licensee Game Servers immediately cease, and all Microsoft software or materials be immediately returned to Microsoft.

Related to Game Servers

  • Servers means the servers established, installed and operated by Licensee within the Territory only for the service of Game to End Users in the Territory.

  • Game has the meaning ascribed to that term in the Control Act;

  • SDK means the JetBrains Rider Software Development Kit and specifically including any associated JetBrains Rider software files, documentation, software code or other materials made available by JetBrains and any third-party software programs that are owned and licensed by parties other than JetBrains and that are either integrated with or made part of the SDK (collectively, “Third-Party Software”).

  • Server Software means software that provides services or functionality on a computer acting as a server.

  • In-network or "participating" means a provider or facility

  • Games means games of chance.

  • Microsoft means Microsoft Corporation.

  • Supported Web Browser means the current release from time to time of Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome or Apple Safari, or any other web browser that the Provider agrees in writing shall be supported;

  • Mobile Network means a 3G or 4G network or any other mobile communications network which we choose to provide Mobile services.

  • Web means the World Wide Web.

  • Software Program means the software program used by a Fund for providing Fund and account balance information including net asset value per share. Such Program may include the Lion System. In situations where the Lion System or any other Software Program used by a Fund is not available, such information may be provided by telephone. The Lion System shall be provided to Insurance Company at no charge.

  • Sprint means a set period of time during which specific work is realized and made ready for review.

  • Server means all programs and technology used to make and carry out the Client's instructions, as well as presenting trading information in real time (the information is specified by the Company), with consideration of the mutual obligations of the Client and Company in correspondence with this Agreement.

  • Computer network means the interconnection of hardwire or wireless communication lines with a computer through remote terminals, or a complex consisting of 2 or more interconnected computers.

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.

  • Game ticket or "ticket" means an acceptable evidence of Play, which is a ticket produced in a manner that meets the specifications defined in the rules of each Selling Lottery and Rule 31 (Play Validation) and is a physical representation of the Play or Plays sold to the player or is a properly and validly registered ticketless transaction Play.

  • Networking means NSCC’s system that allows mutual funds and life insurance companies to exchange account level information electronically; and “Settling Bank” shall mean the entity appointed by the Trust or you, as applicable, to perform such settlement services on behalf of the Trust and you, as applicable, which entity agrees to abide by NSCC’s then current rules and procedures insofar as they relate to same day funds settlement. In all cases, processing and settlement of share transactions shall be done in a manner consistent with applicable law.

  • Non-Network means any hospital, day care centre or other provider that is not part of the network.

  • Video programming means programming provided by, or generally considered comparable to programming provided by, a television broadcast station.

  • Common Channel Signaling (CCS means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • Internet Protocol or “IP” means a communications protocol for devices connected to the Internet that specifies the format for addresses and units of transmitted data.

  • Metadata includes all information created manually or automatically to provide meaning or context to other data.

  • Hosting or “Hosted” means the storing of software applications on a hosting provider’s servers, allowing customers to access a software solution or application through the internet.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.

  • Online means transactions through electronic data-interchange whether real time transactions or otherwise, which may be through the internet, intranet networks and the like.
