Gaming Activity definition

Gaming Activity or “Gaming Activities” means the Class III Gaming activities authorized under this Compact.

Gaming Activity or “Gaming Activities” means any class I, class II, or class III gaming activity as defined by the Indian Gaming Regulatory Act and conducted by or under the jurisdiction of the Band.

Gaming Activity means any game played on any mechanical or electronic device or machine for money, or anything of value, but excludes the purchase and sale of lottery tickets and electronic bingo in licensed bingo facilities.

• However, no Gaming Activity conducted by the Tribe pursuant to this Compact may be deemed to be a civil or criminal violation of any law of the State.

More Definitions of Gaming Activity

Gaming Activity or "Gaming Activities" means the following activities necessary for the playing of a class III game: (1) the actual playing of a class III game; (2) the use, storage, transportation, and counting of cash, coin, chips, or their equivalents used in the operation of any class III game; (3) the use, storage, and maintenance of any books, records, receipts, accounting software, or electronic accounting data pertaining to any class III game; (4) the use, storage, maintenance, or repair of any Gaming Resources or components thereof; (5) the use, storage, maintenance, and repair of any security or surveillance equipment necessary to safeguard the playing of a class III game; and (6) gaming employees or patrons engaging in activities 1 through 5 above. Gaming Activity or Activities do not include any activity directly related only to the playing of a class I or II game.
