Upon commencement of operations of a Gaming Operation, the SGA shall make a good faith estimate of the cost of regulating the Tribe’s activities under this Appendix for the remainder of the calendar year.

More Definitions of Gaming Operation

Gaming Operation means the business enterprise that offers and operates Gaming Activities, whether exclusively or otherwise, but does not include the Tribe’s governmental or other business activities unrelated to operation of the Gaming Facility.

Gaming Operation means a "gaming operation" as defined in NIGC regulations, 25 C.F.R. Section 502.10.
