The Tribal Gaming Agency shall investigate any reported violation of this Compact and shall require the Gaming Operation to correct the violation upon such terms and conditions as the Tribal Gaming Agency determines are necessary.
Notwithstanding that the Tribe has the primary responsibility to administer and enforce the regulatory requirements of this Compact, the State Gaming Agency shall have the right to inspect the Tribe’s Gaming Facility and all Gaming Operation or Facility records relating thereto as is reasonably necessary to ensure Compact compliance, subject to the conditions set forth in sections 8.4 through 8.8.
The State Gaming Agency is authorized to conduct an annual, comprehensive Compact compliance review of the Gaming Operation, Gaming Facilities, and the Gaming Activities of the Gaming Facility Operator to monitor compliance with this Compact, any amendments or appendices to this Compact, and other agreements relating to this Compact.
To comply with this reporting requirement if the Tribe acquires Gaming Device Operating Rights under a Transfer Agreement , the acquiring Tribe shall submit its agreed upon procedures repor t to the State Gaming Agency, with a copy to the transferring tribe, within 180 days after each fiscal year end for the Tribe's Gaming Operation.
The Tribe shall adopt and, not later than thirty (30) days after the effective date of this Compact, shall provide to the State Gaming Agency the standards described in subdivisions (a) through (c) and (e) through (m) of section 12.3 to which the Gaming Operation is held.
