Gaming Code definition

Gaming Code means the Gaming Ordinance adopted by the Tribe and approved by the Chairman of the NIGC regulating the conduct of gaming on tribal lands, as amended following the passage of Proposition 1A to permit Class III Gaming at the Facility in accordance with the Compact, together with the Tribal Gaming Commission Rules and Regulations.

Related to Gaming Code

  • Gaming Law means the provisions of any gaming laws or regulations of any state or jurisdiction to which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries is, or may at any time after the date of this Indenture, be subject.
