Gaming Facility definition

Gaming Facility means any gaming establishment, facility and other property or assets ancillary or related thereto or used in connection therewith, including, without limitation, any casinos, hotels, resorts, theaters, parking facilities, timeshare operations, retail shops, restaurants, other buildings, land, golf courses and other recreation and entertainment facilities, marinas, vessels and related equipment.
Gaming Facility means any casino, hotel, resort, race track, off-track wagering site, venue at which gaming or wagering is conducted, and all related or ancillary property and assets.
Gaming Facility any building or other structure used or expected to be used to enclose space in which a gaming operation is conducted and (a) is wholly owned by a Loan Party or (b) any portion or aspect of which is managed or used, or expected to be managed or used, by a Loan Party.

Gaming Facility or “Facility” means any building in which Gaming Activities or any Gaming Operations occur, or in which the business records, receipts, or funds of the Gaming Operation are maintained (but excluding off-site facilities primarily dedicated to storage of those records, and financial institutions), which may include parking lots, walkways, rooms, buildings, and areas that provide amenities to Gaming Activity patrons, if and only if, the principal purpose of which is to serve the activities of the Gaming Operation, provided that nothing herein prevents the conduct of class II gaming (as defined under IGRA) therein.
Gaming Facility. A facility at which there are operations of slot machines, video lottery terminals, blackjack, baccarat, keno operation, table games, any other mechanical or computerized gaming devices, pari-mutuel wagering or other applicable types of wagering (including, but not limited to, sports wagering), or which is otherwise operated for purposes of Gaming, and all related or ancillary real property.
