Employer and Employee hereby covenant and agree to use their best efforts to obtain any and all approvals required by the Gaming Acts and/or Gaming Regulations.
Landlord shall comply with any Gaming Regulations or other regulatory requirements required of it as owner of the Facilities taking into account its Primary Intended Use (except to the extent Tenant fulfills or is required to fulfill any such requirements hereunder).
