SEBI Regulations definition

SEBI Regulations means the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 together with the circulars issued thereunder, including any statutory modification(s) or re-enactment(s) thereof for the time being in force.
SEBI Regulations means Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as may be amended from time to time
SEBI Regulations means the regulations made by SEBI in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (the SEBI Act).
