Gaming representative definition
Gaming representative means, with respect to any Person, the directors, officers, key employees, shareholders, members or managers of such Person, or Persons otherwise holding any ownership interest in such Person.
Gaming representative means an employee of the commission assigned by the administrator to a licensed pari-mutuel racetrack, excursion gambling boat, or gambling structure to perform the supervisory and regulatory duties of the commission.
